YoMI Terms of Service (English)

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of JOBKAN ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

JOBKAN is a Discord bot offering:

• Personal personality diagnosis (Big Five-based)
• Mind-reading party games for friends
• AI analysis prompt generation (for use with ChatGPT etc.)
• Statistics and compatibility readings

3. Eligibility

• You must have a Discord account
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• Users under 13 (or under 16 in some regions) are prohibited

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must NOT:

• Use the Service for commercial purposes (without prior Operator consent)
• Impersonate others
• Use automated tools or scripts for repeated actions
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or otherwise abuse others
